My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, with access to restaurants and businesses, but the room experience was disappointing due to construction noise and a last-minute downgrade. The service, however, was exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued.

The hotel had a few setbacks, like not having towels upon arrival and a lingering cigarette smell in the room. However, it was clean, and the staff was great. The suburban location may be odd for some, but there are decent restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to attractions like Westfield Topanga and Universal Studios.

The hotel had a wonderful location with quick access to various destinations and amenities within a short drive or Uber ride. The rooms, however, were constructed with cheap materials leading to a noisy environment that made for a restless night. The service was exceptional overall, though there were minor hiccups with luggage assistance. Dining was satisfactory, but the early breakfast hours could be improved. The facilities were good, overall providing a pleasant stay with a few minor flaws.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite some issues with pricing, it was a decent experience overall. The service was professional and friendly, although the location posed a bit of inconvenience at times.
